Supper Club in Memphis
Designed to meet the high culinary expectations of our members, our innovative supper club menu draws upon the knowledge and talent of our Executive Chef Billy Boyle. Having honed his craft in Atlanta, New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Diego, St. Lucia, and Colorado, Chef Boyle has returned home to Memphis to oversee The Crescent Club's dining experience.
Chef likes to keep things seasonal and fresh, with a focus on bright, feminine and sophisticated cuisine. His creations are sure to dazzle any palate; dishes include a modern twist on Bang Bang Shrimp with pineapple and candied nuts, as well as salmon with sweet corn, fennel salad and romesco sauce. Private dining is also available.
