Designed to meet the high culinary expectations of our Members, the Club’s innovative menu draws on experience and talent. Our executive chef Billy Boyle has returned home to Memphis, after cooking in Atlanta, New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Diego, St. Lucia and Colorado.
Chef likes to keep things seasonal and fresh, with a focus on bright, feminine and sophisticated cuisine. His talents are sure to dazzle any palette, from his modern twist on our Bang Bang Shrimp, with pineapple and candied nuts, to his salmon with sweet corn, fennel salad and romesco sauce.
